The Application of Expert Performance Approach for Endoscopy Education
Roy Soetikno, Tonya Kaltenbach, and members of the Academy of Endoscopy under the guidance of Prof. Carl Wieman, shared their application of the Expert Performance Approach in developing endoscopy training. Their presentation marks the culmination of five years of dedicated effort, and provides early evidence for using the science of expertise to reduce disparities in endoscopy access and quality.
